This sparkly skirt is designed and handmade in our UK store (Worcester).

The skirt is made from sparkly layers of tulle and lined in a soft pink scuba fabric, and sewn onto a silver sparkly waistband.

This dress can be ordered in a wide range of colours so please message if you would like it a custom length or colour.
