Purchase
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! As soon as you purchase online you will automatically receive a confirmation email and order reference number.
Will I get a receipt if I order online?
Yes! Shortly after your confirmation email you will receive a receipt for you order.
What if I have a Gift Voucher?
Gift vouchers can be used online. You will have a unique code which you pop in at checkout.
Delivery
Does Leila Rae just deliver in the uk?
Nope! We deliver worldwide!
How much does delivery Cost?
Delivery around the UK is £4.
Delivery to Northern Ireland is £8.
Delivery to all other countries is £9.
All deliveries must be signed for on arrival.
when will my order be dispatched?
All items are handmade to order, it takes 6-8 weeks to work our magic and get the item perfect for you! Once your item is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email letting you know. However if we can send your item off any earlier then we will! You will be emailed as soon as its on its way!
What about custom orders?
All custom items will take 8 weeks, however once again if they are ready sooner we will send you an email letting you know!
Exchange/Alterations
We do not accept returns we work on an exchange/alteration policy only
What if i need an item altered?
If you need something altering please email us with the details of what you need at leilarae@outlook.com or go to our 'contact us' page to send a message.
What if I would like to exchange something?
All item/items purchased may be exchanged up to 30 days after receiving it, unless Items are customised or made to measure. The items must be unworn, returned in their original packaging and with labels on. We do not cover postal costs of exchanges or alterations.
