This tulle dress is designed and handmade in our UK studio (Worcester).
The dress is made from a soft stretch scuba and has layers of sparkly & soft tulle over the skirt.
It also features our large butter yellow satin bow sash.

The back can have either a closed scoop back or heart cut out and is fastened together with a hook and eye.
