The dress is made from a soft stretch scuba and has layers of sparkly tulle over the skirt and is lined in a soft jersey scuba.
 
The back features a heart cut out back and gorgeous tulle flutter sleeves.
This dress also comes with a duchess satin bow sash of your colour choice.
